I enjoy living in beautiful Southern California with my amazing husband and 16-month old son. The joy of motherhood has revitalized my passion for Health & Fitness and has created a strong desire to share this enthusiasm with my clients. My passion is to empower people, by educating and motivating, so that they are able to live a happy and healthy life both mentally and physically. I find great satisfaction watching my clients find new confidences and strengths through living a healthier, happier life. It is a true blessing that I have the opportunity to have a positive impact in people’s lives. I make a conscious effort to make each day better then the last and hope to inspire the people I meet to do the same.

I find great satisfaction watching my clients reach their fitness goals along with finding new confidences and strengths along the way!

The primary reason I decided to become a personal trainer is:

I first became interested in fitness when:

Looking back now, it seems that a life committed to health and wellness was predestined for me, since my favorite activity when I was little included chin-ups on a broomstick held by my father! :) From the days of chin ups on a broomstick, I was hooked and it has been apart of my life for the past 25 years!

One of the primary reasons I am so passionate about fitness is:

"Nothing feels better than being healthy and full of energy" This is a TRUE statement, and I want everyone to have the amazing feeling of being healthy and full of energy!!

My approach to training people is different because:

I believe training and helping people become healthier is a journey and includes many aspects, both mentally and physically. I treat every client as an individual with customized needs. The art of training is the ability to take your knowledge and apply it to each individual need!

I feel the most important aspect of fitness is:

Goal setting and CONSISTENCY!! If you make the commitment to keep exercise and healthful eating a constant in your life....you will be successful!!!
