Jon Rew has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology from CSU-Northridge. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Jon has been an athlete his entire life and has coached football and track at the high school level. Jon is also a physical education teacher at a local elementary school. Jon is a trainer that believes hard work and fun combined will lead to success in any fitness goal.
